Between writing, recording and extensive touring within Australia, Lloyd Spiegel has travelled worldwide with tours to Germany, Italy, Japan and the U.S.A where he's toured coast to coast 7 times. During these tours he's performed at some of the world's best blues venues and largest festivals. He's played bills with legendary blues artists including Buddy Guy, Etta James and Ray Charles. On stage at 9.45pm Stingray is an innovative Perth blues, funk and soul band. Since forming in 1996 the band has been gigging in city pubs and clubs and taking frequent road-trips all over Western Australia. With a more than obvious foothold in roots music, these guys have branched out and developed a distinct style which has been described as ‘progressive blues'. The band has developed a unique sound, an excellent reputation among the WA blues community, and three CD's of their own songs. The 4-piece consists of Hamish Jacobsen (guitarist/singer/songwriter), brother Nick Jacobsen (bass), Chris Oldman, (drums), and Kat Kinley (vocals & keys). On stage 11pm Simon Cox - see the piano man with the voice and attitude to match. On stage at 8.30pm. Coming soon:
