Wild West coast hipsters of jumpin’ jive, supersonic swing and rockin’ rhythms, The Vibrolators combine forces with the sultry, sassy Miss Peta Lee to give you an exhilarating ride of the vintage jump blues ‘juke joint’ sounds of the 1950s and '60s. Peta Lee & The Vibrolators are sure to trigger your groove gland, getting your toes tappin’ and your butt shakin’ with their mix of covers and originals!

Natural Boogie

Steven “Chooky” Keir is a true blue Freo boy who found the blues while living in Bridgetown.  Chook has been playing around the blues scene for 20 yrs and is one of the last traditional  delta blues style players and singers around. With a pile of original songs that have that  stompin` beat.  Jorma Merilainen started to play blues harmonica about 1968 after hearing Sonny boy  Williamson playing Sonny boys harmonica boogie on 1963 American folk blues festival  recording.  He has worked as a commercial diver all his life and could not make serious attempt to play  blues more frequently until hanging his diving helmet up to dry. He has travelled back to  Finland almost annually to play with my friends. ( Pepe Ahlqvist ‘ Helke Q , Jakko Heinonen  band .  “We are playing to keep blues alive so blues can keep us alive. Taking blues seriously doesn’t  mean that you can’t hear it when we play. Having fun , feeling good and boogieing naturally  is our mission.”

Cross Eyed Cats 

Cross Eyed Cats is a swing'n' blues band from Fremantle that performs regularly at Strange Company and other venues. It's a five-piece band playing a mixture of original  tunes and classic Chicago blues, with plenty of shuffles, swing and funk.
