
Also on February 19, local pianist Paul Gioia will be playing a selection of blues tunes from his latest CD, Blue Sky, as well as going through his blues and gospel back catalogue.
Blue Sky features Kris Kingwell and Chelsea Gibson on vocals, sons Andrew and David on horns, and rhythm section Joe Southwell (double bass) and Greg Brenton (drums). There are also guest appearances from Andrew Winton and Iris.
Tonight's rendition will feature Andrew Winton on electric guitar, and internationally renowned jazz vocalist Victoria Newton, as well as the hot rhythm sounds of Greg Brenton on drums and Joe Southwell on bass.
