Singer/songwriter Megan Doherty started performing at age 11. Meg had a good start into the music world performing in trio Froglyns Tethys for 3 years during the younger high school years before forming duo 'Ginja Roe' in March of 2004, playing guitar, harmonica, percussion and singing. A finalist in the Telstra Road to Tamworth three years running, Meg won the Top of the state talent quest in Mildura of September 2006 taking out grand overall winner. Writing, composing, recording and performing, she does it on her own and has a unique and original sound developed by inspirations such as The Waifs and Neil Young.
