BB and Co

Formed early 2017, BB & Co performed their first show at The Ellington Jazz Club that July, attracting significant public and industry interest. The band has since featured at events and venues such as the 25th Anniversary Blues at Bridgetown Festival, the Araluen Chilli Festival, the Indi Bar, the Perth Blues Club and several private fundraising events.

This is a group of four experienced, accomplished, like‐minded, blues‐influenced musicians with long performing histories in Perth, interstate/overseas who just wanted to do “better, and more enjoyable material” together to appeal to a broad audience base. They're a high quality, fun and entertaining Blues/Soul/Rock’n’Roll‐based outfit that hopes to ultimately feature 25‐50% original music.

Audiences can bank on hearing something‘ different and refreshing’ material‐wise as opposed to that often churned out at many venues these days – and they love to have fun.

Their album Let it Shine was launched at the Perth Blues Club where the band also performed a selection of their own material for the first time.

Band Members: Bill Blissett – Keyboards & Vocal (the “BB” in BB & Co), Paul Fitton – Guitars & Vocal, Jim Awram – Bass, Michael Arkins – Drums.
